The Freehand successfully held its virtual meeting through Zoom Video Conference Call yesterday, November 30, 2022, to kick off its first General Assembly for the Academic Year 2022–2023.
A total of 38 people, including the new Editorial Board and the publication's adviser, have gathered in the assembly as the new staff members of The Freehand AY 22-23. The newly elected board officially welcomed the new class of students to the publication and welcomed the start of a new Academic Year.
The attendees were given a brief orientation followed the presentation of the General Plan of Action (GPOA) for the First Semester which includes the activities that will be carried out throughout the semester.
Furthermore, to acquaint the new members of the publication, the editorial managers held a mini-ice-breaker to test the participants' knowledge of the organization. The assembly concluded with a photo opportunity with all of the attendees.
