PUP Election Committee spearheaded a Miting de Avance in line with the closed-door elections for the 21st PUP Interim Student Regent position on Tuesday night, May 11, 2021. The event was held through an online conference, attended by ANAK Federation body composing of Student Council Presidents from Colleges, Campus, and Branches, and two (2) representatives of Student Publications from Main, Campus, and Branches.
COMELEC commissioner Jandeil Roperos commenced the program proper with the singing of the National Anthem at around 9:27 PM. Francis Bustarde from PUP Biñan and the current Laguna-Batangas cluster representative firstly introduced himself to the body. Bustarde ended his introduction to concede from running to become Interim Student Regent (ISR), giving his support to the NCR cluster representative, Rommel Gonzaga.
The second and third to introduce were Jonero Dacula, President of PUP Sentral na Konseho ng Mag-aaral, and Fiscal Officer of ANAK Federation; and Rommel Sabulao Gonzaga, PUP San Juan President, and current NCR Cluster Representative, respectively.
Last to introduce was April Shane Grajo of PUP Maragondon and current Cavite-Mindoro cluster representative. Grajo also conceded in support of Gonzaga.

The Miting de Avance ended at exactly 11:16 PM, which marked the start of the closed-door voting of the federation body. The proclamation is scheduled on May 13, 2021.
