Architecture Golden Week: Midterms Preparation Week

The Chairperson of the Department of Architecture, Ar./EnP. Anthony C. Yan, has issued Memorandum Order No. 21 series of 2022 yesterday, reiterating the proposed deadline scheme for the Architecture Golden Week that will serve as preparation of BS Architecture students and faculty for the upcoming Midterms. This memo order will be effective on November 21 until December 4.

The Architecture Golden Week aims to allow all BS Architecture students to take a break from simultaneous deadlines and prepare for their Midterms.

On the said week, subjects are still allowed to hold synchronous classes, and activities given and due during the subject's designated class hours are acceptable. The deadline scheme only applies to submissions made outside of the subject's scheduled class hours.

The proposed deadline scheme states that only one major subject—Architectural Design—can set deadlines for the period of November 21–27, 2022; while all other major subjects except Architectural Design can only do so for the period of November 28–December 4.
