Student Feature | Llañeta's Art

Inspired by the Netflix series, Money Heist, Noemi Tessa Ky Llaneta created an artwork containing characters of the series in one paper. Despite being the one who created it, Noemi humbly admits that she can't believe herself that she had done it. "Nagulat din po ako sa ginawa ko. Hindi ko po in-expect na ganun 'yung result." Aside from charcoal and colored pencil artworks, she offers services like hand painting a pattern to an item of clothing using textile paint.

Having seen artists that buy their art materials through money from art commissions, Noemi has confidence in herself that she can do commissions as well, to buy her needs without relying so much on her family. "[Ngayon] nabibili ko na rin naman po 'yung mga gusto kong bilhin lalo na kapag art materials po... gamit nalang po nung pera dun sa commission." Moreover, she noticed that most people are commissioning for pencil or charcoal artworks. Hence, she concentrated on creating charcoal/pencil pieces, which happens to be her forte too.
